RETURN POLICY:

Our top priority is our customer's satisfaction. If you receive a damaged item please email us at customerservice@saltbox-lane.com.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASES.

MOST items on our website are drop-shipped from our vendors directly and due to COVID items are delayed. Please email us to get an estimate on when you should expect to receive your item. A few items are shipped out of our store and can be received sooner. 

If you receive a damaged item and we do not have a replacement we issue a credit back to the customer's original form of payment. If products are paid for with a combination of gift card and other payment method; the gift card will be the first form of payment to be refunded, followed by the second form of payment for the remaining refund amount.

ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN TEN DAYS OF RECEIVING. AFTER THIS POINT NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED.
