ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
No refunds or returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please refer to the "DAMAGES" info below.
IN-STORE PICKUP RETURN POLICY:
In-store pick up items can be returned within 10 days of the order date, not the day the item(s) are picked up. Items that cannot be returned are custom orders such as, rugs, lighting, artwork, furniture and/or seasonal items. Small, in-stock home decor items can be returned.
SOME items on our website are drop-shipped from our vendors directly and due to industry wide issues items are delayed. Please email us to get an estimate on when you should expect to receive your item. A few items are shipped out of our store and can be received sooner.
Unfortunately damages do occur that are out of our control. We apologize if this happens to you. If it does, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your product(s). Please send us a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com. If you receive a damaged item and we do not have a replacement we issue a credit back to the customer's original form of payment. If a replacement is available we will get it sent out asap. If products are paid for with a combination of gift card and other payment method; the gift card will be the first form of payment to be refunded, followed by the second form of payment for the remaining refund amount.
Please note that some of our products that are made from but not limited to marble, stone and reclaimed wood may have natural blemishes or coloring that is off from the photos. This is part of the beauty and uniqueness of the product. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective.
Every monitor shows color differently. If you have any questions on a products color or texture please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
